Making space
'Making space' gaat over de verhuizing naar een landelijke plaats en de letterlijke en figuurlijke ruimte die daardoor ontstond.

I’m building me a new house.
By the creek is a place where I will stay.
I’m leaving all my sorrow,
tomorrow will be another day.
Most likely needs some fixing.
That’s all right it will make it yours and mine
There will be birds in the yard, make a new start. Time to let us shine
All that is lost will be no longer there.
We will remember the sadness we shared.
Cleaning the windows and let people in;
this is a new begin.
Making space, making space.
No longer searching ‘cause this is the place,
it’s time to make some space
Don’t care about the old shed.
I will build us a new one if needs to be.
Some cows are in the meadow,
seeking shadow under a big tree.
When evening falls we hold back,
take a seat and enjoy the silver sky.
No need to rush, hush baby hush,
years will pass on by.
